Anaheim, California -- Action Prototype and Urethane Castings llc says it offers different services including prototyping and urethane casting for its clients, in industries such as defence, automotive, architectural and aerospace.
The Anaheim, California, company offers cast polyurethane, using rubber moulds that can help vulcanise polyurethane at room temperature. Action said it is considered to be the fastest, most accurate and least expensive method to produce dozens of duplicates of a prototype part.
Action uses this method for product prototypes. It can help stimulate elastomers and it can also contain structural properties that are similar to high impact styrene, the company said in a 30 May news release.
The company also offers stereolithography, an additive manufacturing process that makes use of liquid UV-curable photo polymer and UV laser to build layers on the parts, as well as fused deposition and selective laser sintering.
Action said in a separate statement that it has introduced green manufacturing processes that reduce risks to the environment.
