Adelaide, Australia - Adelaidenow reports that local foam and furniture maker Adelaide Foam has been fined A$40~000 for failing to pay compensation to 10 employees it dismissed when it suddenly shut down.
Adelaide Foam Co. closed its Edwardstown business in June 2006.
The company must pay $72 000 in to the affected workers within 60 days.
