Cantwell, Alaska – An igloo created from urethane during the 1970s is on the market for $300,000.
Situated at the Parks Highway en route to Denali National Park and Preserve in the northwest US state, the 105-foot-wide by 80-foot high, four storey structure comprises a shell of plywood covered with urethane.
Earmarked for a hotel venture, the ambitious project was never completed and the igloo has been boarded up to protect it from vandals.
