Antwerp, Belgium – Arpadis has become the Europe and Middle East distributor for Tetraspartic polyaspartic materials from Pflaumer Brothers of Ewing, New Jersey. The materials have been Reach registered.
'We have spent the last decade developing the sales of Tetraspartic production in the North American market, and feel that the time has come to expand sales across the globe,' said Harley McNair, Pflaumer's CEO.
He added: 'The European market was one of the early adopters of this technology, and we want to be a major player in the region.'
Polyaspartic amines are sterically hindered, secondary aliphatic diamines, and co-reactants for polyisocyanates. They can be used for high-solid, two-component polyurea top-coats and solvent-free coatings, Pflaumer said. They dry and cure quickly, have high solids and zero VOC emissions.
