Memphis, Tennessee -- Bailey-Parks Urethane says it will present its "signature Diamondback products" at stand B314 at the Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS) Exchange, which takes place at the Kentucky International Convention Center 23-26 Feb 2013 in Louisville, Kentucky.
Diamondback is an "especially tough form of polyurethane with a wide variety of customisable options available," says Bailey-Parks.
Its excellent abrasion resistance, noise and vibration abatement, product cushioning and insulation, means that polyurethane sheets are commonly used as liners in conveyor applications to handle grain, as well as sand, gravel, crushed stone, coal, metal, salt and similar bulk materials.
Bailey-Parks offers various urethane sheeting solutions under the Diamondback name.
GEAPS is an annual tradeshow with over 500 exhibitors bringing together professionals who work to address the concerns and challenges facing the contemporary grain industry.
Bailey-Parks says "Polyurethane can be an asset for some of these initiatives, providing a wide variety of options for solving grain conveyance and equipment wear issues."
Applications of this durable and flexible material include custom-moulded elevator buckets, impact pads, roller casings, skirting, wear liners and wiper blades.
Bailey-Parks Urethane custom moulds urethane parts for a wide variety of uses. Since 1969, the company says, it has designed, engineered, produced and tested "thousands of moulded polyurethane products used in hundreds of manufacturing processes."
With over 600 compounds and 27 000 unique items in its database, Bailey-Parks is a provider of turnkey industrial urethane solutions. It adds that, "With very few exceptions, the company continues to make all of its moulds, tooling and custom machines at its original plant in Memphis, Tennessee."
