Münster, Germany - BASF will report the results of a comprehensive eco-efficiency analysis for automotive OEM coatings in the latest issue of its Coatings Partner e-journal.
The results of the study, carried out with paintline manufacturer Dürr, are part of BASF's sustainability-focused issue. BASF will present other case studies in the magazine such as Hyundai in St Petersburg becoming the first car manufacturer in Russia to introduce waterborne basecoats. The company is also collaborating with a car museum in Mulhouse, France, providing Glasurit paints for the restoration of vehicles.

The journal will also present BASF's products and coating processes, as well as the use of these in emerging markets such as Russia, Turkey and China, the company said
