Americas-- $0.07/lb
Asia Pacific --$0.15/kg
BASF produces propionic acid at its Verbund manufacturing facilities in Ludwigshafen, Germany and Nanjing, China. Propionic acid is used in the production of plastics and solvents, amongst other things. The price increases take effect immediately, BASF said 9 Feb. (RD)
