BASF will provide the support through its Centre for Building Excellence, which offers consulting, plan reviews and other services to assist builders in constructing homes using applied building science, the company said.
Project will make use of BASF closed-cell spray polyurethane foam attic insulation, as well as cellulose wall insulation and a high-performance heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.
"Our relationship with BASF is valuable because the high performance building materials, expertise, and energy modelling provided by the Centre for Building Excellence allows us to stay on the leading edge of green and energy-efficient building," said Randy Erwin, vice president of sales and marketing, M Street Homes.
