Ludwigshafen, Germany - BASF is to raise its prices for polyetheramines in Asia, Europe and South America, effective immediately or as contracts permit, the company announced 29 August.
BASF said the increases are $220/tonne or Euro 150/tonne to for the entire portfolio. This announcement follows a previous prices increase for polyetheramines in the NAFTA region, effective 1 Sept.
Polyetheramines are used in a wide variety of applications in the epoxy, polyurea and polyurethane industries.
