Tanex Plasty manufactures systems for the production of polyurethane foams, at facilities in Jaromer on the river Elbe, close to the Polish border with Germany.The agreement builds on a long-running relationship between the firms, which includes cooperation on the development and production of rigid foam systems, Bayer said 22 March.
