Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania -- Bayer MaterialScience llc has appointed Marc Daniel Block director, regional key account sales for its Coatings, Adhesives, Specialties (CAS) business unit.
In this role, Block will lead Bayer's CAS regional key-account sales team in the US, as well as serving as head of the technical sales team in the NAFTA region.
Block has worked at Bayer for 11 years, most recently as director, global product management for CAS, where he managed Bayer's resin product line in the Asia Pacific region. This is his first position in the US. He has previously been based in China, Spain and Germany.
