Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania -- Bayer MaterialScience has launched a new website that it says is "a one-stop shop for users of its speciality film products."

The site consolidates information about the company's comprehensive line of thermoplastic polyurethane, polycarbonate, coated and multi-layer film products in one easy-to-navigate site.

"In the past, our films product line crossed business units within Bayer and our product offering reflected that organisation, which made it tough for customers to find the film they needed," said Chris Cooper, business development manager - Functional Films NAFTA, BMS. "This website resolves that issue. Once there, customers can find the film they need with a simple click of their mouse."

Visitors to the website will find information about Bayer's Dureflex thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) films, Makrofol polycarbonate (PC) films, Bayfol PC blended films, coated and other speciality and multi-layer films. The website is arranged by application and makes it easy for users to find the product best suited for their manufacturing operation, BMS said.
