Atlanta, Georgia - Bayer MaterialScience LLC is to make two presentations on its polyurethane technologies for the adhesives and sealants market at the US Adhesive and Sealants Council's spring meeting being held in Atlanta, Georgia this week.
Dr Jeffrey Dormish, senior principle scientist with the company, will provide an overview of polyurethane dispersion technology for the adhesives market in his 22 April presentation. BMS said Dormish will argue that overall, PUDs provide a number of performance advantages over other formulations.
Dr Jay Johnson, senior scientist with Bayer MaterialScience, will present a 22 April paper on silane terminated resins and polyurethane sealants that will outline the composition, benefits and possible uses of PU sealants in one-component and two-component formulations.
The presentations are part of the ASC's spring convention and expo, being held 21-13 April, in Atlanta, Georgia.
