Hong Kong -- Bayer MaterialScience has increased, the price of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) resins by $0.35/kg from 1 March 2011.
The company said the increase will affect all TPU products in the Asia Pacific region, including Desmopan, Texin, U-Flex and Utechllan.
According to BMS, this increase is essential to ensure future levels of investment, research & development as well as the sustainability of the business growth and the service commitment to customers.
