Bed-in-a-box specialist Endy was set up in 2015. Sleep Country, meanwhile, has a network of 264 stores and 16 distribution centres across Canada. The two businesses will operate separately.
‘This acquisition will allow Endy to continue to grow rapidly and exceed customer expectations in a rapidly evolving retail climate, while remaining separate,’ said Rajen Ruparell, Endy’s chairman and co-founder.
