Frankfurt, Germany -- For the first time, two automotive manufacturers will be represented on the board of the Specialist Association Foamed Plastics and Polyurethanes in Germany -- the FSK eV.
The newly elected board representatives, Jens-Jürgen Härtel from Volkswagen AG and Karl Niebauer from BMW AG, "represent the plastic sectors of the two automotive manufacturers in the FSK and excellently complement machine manufacturers, system houses and processors on the FSK board," commented the re-elected FSK chairman Albrecht Manderscheid (of Cannon Deutschland GmbH).
The FSK board has been enlarged by one. Previous member Dr Michael Begemann has stepped down. Manderscheid, who was re-elected as chairman for the eighth time, has chaired the unique specialist association on foamed plastics and polyurethane for 14 years.
