Phoenix, Arizona – Brooklyn Bedding has broken ground on a new manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters in Glendale, Arizona. It will triple the company’s production capacity, having already doubled it in 2019.
Brooklyn Bedding set to triple production

Completion is expected in December
Completion of the new 650,000 ft2 (6ha) facility is slated for December 2021. The company already employs more than 250 in the area, and hopes to add another 150 in the next two years.
The company is investing $72m in the new facility. The business will be almost 100% vertically integrated, it said.
‘Brooklyn Bedding has come a long way from the early days of selling overstock mattresses to now be in a position to triple mattress production,’ said John Merwin, owner and CEO.
The family-owned company has been in business since 1995, and delivered its first bed-in-a-box mattress in 2008. Until the new facility is completed, it will continue operations from its existing site in Phoenix.
