London -- There is still time to submit paper offers for the upcoming CASE Study conference:the deadline has been extended to Friday 30 August, said organiser Crain Communications.
Crain publishes Urethanes Technology International. Crain said the new deadline reflects that July and August are a major holiday period across most of Europe and North America.
A variety of interesting presentations has already been offered from companies throughout Europe and in the US, but the two-day event still has time slots in all four segments of the conference: Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers, including TPUs and polyurea technologies.
An opening Keynote presentation from Rob Outram an associate director of IAL Consultants, London, will detail recent developments in all the CASE segments, as well as highlighting future growth prospects in each segment, giving delegates a valuable insight into the various diverse sectors.
Among the topics so far being considered for the rest of the conference programme are CO2-based polyols in high-performance coatings and adhesives, bio-polyols in cast elastomers, and rape-seed-oil-based polyols for 100%-solids spray-applied PU coatings, but further papers are requested on any of the latest developments in processing equipment and techniques; application and manufacturing processes; raw materials and chemical systems, including performance-enhancing additives for use in polyurethane-based CASE applications.
The conference runs 10-11 December in the Movenpick Hotel, Amsterdam and is expected to attract more than 100 commercial and technical specialists. .
