Middlebury, Connecticut-Chemtura Corp. has made Allen Julian general manager for the company's Urethanes Business. Julian will report to Janet Mann, vice-president of Performance Specialties at Chemtura. Before joining Chemtura, Julian was president of High Performance Associates llc, his own consulting company. Julian is also a former general manager of ICI Polyurethanes' Flexible Urethanes business (later taken over by Huntsman). "
