Middlebury, Connecticut - Speciality chemical company Chemtura Corp. has filed filed a Current Report on Form 8-K describing the "proof of claim" filed in its Chapter 11 proceedings as of the bar date of 30 Oct 2009.
In the filing, Chemtura, whose product range includes urethane prepolymers and additives, will also describe the process it is following to address the claims so it can focus on developing its plan of reorganisation, the company said in a 24 Nov statement. (RD)"
