Beijing - China has issued anti-dumping duties on toluene diisocyanate imported from the European Union, the commerce ministry said on 12 March 2012.
The latest decision sets duties between 6.6 percent and 37 percent on European exports of toluene diisocyanate, used in the production of polyurethane plastics and rubber, the ministry said in a statement.
Among companies affected, Bayer Material Scicence AG will face duties of 19.2 percent. Output from Dow Chemical Corp's Tarragona, Spain, plant and all of Perstorp's output will face duties of 37.7 percent, it said.
The announcement concludes and investigation into the product that was initiated in 2012.
