Nanjing, Jiangsu – Huike High Polymer Materials is planning to start up a project with 4kT/year polyol system capacity and 2kT/year modified isocyanate capacity, according to the project’s environmental filing.
With a total area of 1,300 m2, the project is situated in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, where Huike relocated to earlier this year from a different park in the city.
The project is scheduled to start construction in July and come on stream by the end of this year, the company told UTECH-polyurethane.com. It has CNY 34m ($5m) investment earmarked and has 30 employee headcount.
Materials produced here will be supplied to auto component makers in the eastern and northern China areas, said the company.
