Ashtabula, Ohio -- Chromaflo Technologies Corp., a supplier of colourants and chemical dispersions for the paint, coatings and thermoset plastics industries, is buying Elementis BV 's Tint-Ayd line of colourants.
These are sold in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The acquisition took effect 13 Dec 2012. Neither party disclosed the purchase price.
