Moonachie, New Jersey – INOAC USA plans to return to full capacity for reticulated foam production at its Moonachie Crest Foam plant by the end of Q1 2016 after closure of the line due to an explosion.
As previously reported at UTECH-polyurethane.com, the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) began an investigation following an explosion at the plant which left workers with concussion and minor injury in October 2014.
Del Felter, senior vp INOAC USA, told UTECH-polyurethane.com: “The good news is that the plant will be fully commercial by end of March as we begin the requalification process with many of our technical grades for military, medical and specified foam products later this month.”
