Perstorp, Sweden -- Perstorp Holding AB appointed its president and chief executive officer, Bo Dankis, to the additional post of chairman at the group's AGM, 5 May.
For a transitional period he will work as both president and chairman, said the company. Dankis replaces Lennart Holm, who will remain as vice chairman of the board.
At the AGM, Claes Gard was also elected to the board and Martin Lundin was elected vice president.
Ragnar Hellenius, of PAI partners, joined the board earlier in the spring.
