Washington, DC -- The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI) has issued a reminder that deadlines are fast approaching for its Polyurethanes 2011 Technical Conference, being held 26-28 Sept at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
"Each year the Polyurethanes Technical Conference showcases the latestresearch and technical developments in the industry," said Lee Salamone,senior director of CPI, in a press release. "The conference's posterdisplays give companies and individuals an opportunity to shareinformation on how their cutting-edge research and breakthroughs areaffecting the world of polyurethanes with our hundreds of conferenceattendees."
Prospective attendees and presenters should act now before key deadlines pass, including those for poster presentations and Innovation Award nominations as well as early registration and hotel block discounts. Those interested in the Professional Development Program should also register before 26 Aug to ensure a place.
Nominations for this year's Innovation Award must be received no later than 5 p.m. EDT on 12 Aug 2011. CPI says its Polyurethane Innovation Award recognises the ingenuity and foresight of companies and individuals whose visions and perseverance bring new products, technologies and initiatives to the marketplace.
Submissions for poster presentations must be received by 22 Aug 2011, CPI says.
The deadline to save $200 by early conference registration is 26 Aug.
