South Deerfield, Massachusetts - Deerfield Urethane, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayer MaterialScience, has announced it is collaborating with BHS International, a breast health company co-founded by Olivia Newton-John, in the development and production of the patented Liv Aid breast self-exam aid, which has been cleared for use by the US Food and Drug Administration, the company said 9 Oct.
Deefield Urethane, a major supplier of custom, made-to-order thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and speciality elastomer film and sheet, designed and engineered a unique Durflex thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film specifically for the Liv Aid product.
