By Patrick Raleigh UT On-line/news editorLondon-Elastogran GmbH, a subsidiary of BASF AG, has appointed Distrupol, as sole distributor for its Elastollan thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) in the UK and Ireland, Distrupol has recently announced. Elastogran selected Distrupol because of its "materials knowledge-base" and the level of technical support it provides to customers, said Distrupol-a pan-European polymer distributor, and member of the Univar group. "Elastollan TPU is a great addition to our range of flexible polymers," commented John Wallace, managing director of Distrupol's business in Ireland, in a press statement."
