Georgia, US – Commercial flooring specialist Diverzify has acquired Dallas-based DecoCrete, its 35th acquisition since 2019. It will become part of a new division for the company, High Performance Floors – Southwest, alongside Spectra Contract Flooring, its largest flooring provider.
DecoCrete’s product range of resilient, durable flooring systems includes polyurethane and urethane cement products. These are appropriate for use in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, biotech, food and beverage processing, retail and educational institutions, the company said.
The new division will operate across Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Spectra’s Dallas-based team will be joined by 35 DecoCrete employees.
