Mumbai, India - Sanmar Speciality Chemicals Ltd (SSCL) has divested its Intec business unit to Mumbai-based chemical company Dorf Ketal, a 29 May statement from Dorf Ketal has said. Intec is a major global player in organic titanates, polyvinyl formal and polyisocyanates.
"The acquisition of Intec is an excellent strategic fit in our organisation and is a well thought plan to cater to newer product segments such as specialty catalysts," said Dorf Ketal global business & operations director, Subodh Menon. (RD)
