Midland, Michigan - Dow Advanced Materials, formerly the speciality materials company Rohm and Haas, which included polyurethanes in its adhesives and coatings unit, has said ceo and president Pierre Brondbeau is retiring.
Brondbeau will be succeeded by Jerome Peribere who is currently ceo of Dow AgroSciences, the 29 July statement said.
Dow completed the acquisition of Rohm & Haas in April 2009 to form the Advanced Materials division, which includes coatings, building and construction, speciality materials, adhesives and functional polymers as well as electronic materials. (RD)
