Midland, Michigan - Dow has lifted the force majeure it enacted on supplies of Voranate TDI (toluene diisocyanate) from its Freeport, Texas, plant, with effect from Thursday 5 Nov.
Dow said it has completed the repairs necessary due to the breakage of equipment in early October, and has safely resumed normal TDI operations and activities.
