Stuttgart – Chemicals giant Dow is showcasing new PU technologies for EV battery development at The Battery Show Europe, which runs from June 28 to June 30, 2022.
The company will introduce its portfolio of Voratron PU adhesives, gap fillers and pottants for EV batteries, including thermally conductive adhesives, low squeeze-force gap filler and lightweight engineered potting resins. Dow also claims its advanced formulation aids sustainability by minimising material loss during the battery assembly process, and offers the possibility of circular content.
The company’s PU technologies form part of its MobilityScience initiative, a platform for helping customers navigate the evolution material science in a fast-changing industry.

The Battery Show Europe, which is co-located with Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo, continues until June 30 at the Messe Stuttgart.
