New York -- Deltron,Inc. announced 15 July that its wholly owned polyurethane processing subsidiary Elasco generated over $1.4 million in revenue for the first half of 2010.
Deltron commented that the polyurethane and plastics design market "is primarily dominated by larger off-shore manufacturers but due to Elasco's expertise, speed and flexibility, the company is thriving as clients seek out more diverse options, smaller production quantities and higher quality materials."
The group also noted that recreational products, which have been fueling Elasco's growth, are recovering as the economy improves and people have more cash for leisure activities. Deltron concludes that, as Elasco continues to market its capabilities to this market, "revenues should continue to increase."
