Baltimore, Maryland -- Elevance Renewable Sciences will present new data around its C18 polyols at the CASE - Coatings and Adhesives technical section of the 2016 Polyurethanes Technical Conference.
The firm’s scientist Paul Bertin will show how the range represents “a promising new class of high-performance building blocks for PUD coatings and elastomers.”
According to Elevance Renewable Sciences’ chief development officer Celene DiFrancia the polyols are “capable of maintaining mechanical properties upon exposure to moisture in demanding coating and thermoplastic polyurethane applications.”
The 2016 Polyurethanes Technical Conference will run from 25 September to 28 September, 2016 at the Hilton in Baltimore.
