Cangzhou, China - Reports are coming in from the Xinhua news agency that there has been an explosion at the TDI (toluene diisocyanate) of Cangzhou Dahua TDI Co. Ltd in Hebei Province. Reports say that the blast, which occurred at 1:40 pm 11 May, killed three people and injured over 100."
