Perstorp, Sweden -- Perstorp has a new chairman, Fabrice Fouletier of PAI partners, the Swedish chemical group's shareholders.
Fouletier replaces Lennart Holm, who is leaving the group after more than 12 years with Perstorp, first as president and ceo and most recently as chairman.
"Over the last couple of years I have been occupied with an increasing number of different assignments in addition to the Board of Perstorp. After a careful consideration I have decided to step down from my role as Chairman of the Perstorp Board," said Holm in a company statement.
Fouletier, who has been on the board since 2006, replaces Holm on 25 Oct 2012.
"Lennart Holm has served Perstorp and its owners, employees and customers in a tremendous way during his 12 year service," said Fouletier.
Last year Perstorp put its isocyanates division into a joint venture, Vencorex, with Thai group PTTCG. It retains its caprolactones business.
