Aachen, Germany -- Cutting equipment supplier Fecken- Kirfel will highlight its H32 LF Looper with higher flexibility and a "two gates" system, on stand 530 at the PU CHINA event, being held in Shenzhen, China, 18-20 Sept.

Besides classic cutting equipment such as heavy-duty carrousels, and horizontal and vertical CNC contour-cutting centres, Fecken-Kirfel will especially focus at the show on the latest developments of the H32 LF looper.
According to the company, this looper can now be optionally equipped with two gates in the deflection units in order to set up a combined looper -- long-bun splitting line. Using this dual system, roll goods can be produced either from glued endless long buns or from single long buns, "allowing the processing of critical foam grades," says the company.
The looper allows the processing of different block lengths in the same looper with a special length-compensation system also available. Another advantage is that it gives an easier and faster roll-changing system with a lateral winding unit placed on the ground
