    Richmond, Virginia -- Filtrona Porous Technologies has launched a new website at www.filtronaporoustechnologies.com.

    The Richmond, Virginia-based operation makes custom-designed fluid-handling components engineered from bonded fibre, polyurethane foam, and porous plastics.

    It says its components are leading technology for healthcare, consumer, and industrial applications that require the absorption, filtration, transfer, venting, or controlled release of liquids and vapours.

    The website features an updated design and layout, streamlined navigation, and more informative content, so that users are easily able to access information that includes:

    * Basic product functions, and technical information on three technology platforms- fibre, foam, and porous plastic;
    * Details about how the Filtrona Porous Technologies team collaborates with customers to provide solid solutions for fluid challenges - from design to commercial production;
    * Technical articles, and contacts at Filtrona's many global sales offices

    "The site is designed to inspire new ideas and promote collaboration by providing a convenient, interactive resource for existing customers, current partners, and future development partners to learn about the company's global capabilities and passion for problem solving," said Russ Rogers, Divisional President of Filtrona Porous Technologies.
