Houston, Texas -- Flame Seal Products Inc., which took control of marketing FLAME SEAL-TB, its Thermal Barrier coating for the Spray Foam Insulation Industry in August 2010, has seen exponential sales growth as a result of that effort, as well as from its ongoing marketing programme in the market for fire retardant leather.
Sales figures, monitored on a monthly basis since 12 Aug 2011, have grown in direct response to the successful implementation of that programme, the company said.
As reported previously, Flame Seal terminated its agreement with its exclusive marketing company on 11 Aug 2011, because of low sales, and elected to use its internal resources, directed by its vice president, Craig Keyser, who had previously performed exceptionally in his previous position marketing for Atlas Refinery, Inc., and for Bayer Corp. before that.
The first two months were slow, as expected, with sales of $7575 and $65000, but the third and fourth months since 11 Aug show record growth trends at $180 544 and $252 190, the company noted.
Flame Seal's sales consist primarily of Flame Seal-TB (foam insulation market) and Leather Seal (leather fire retardant market. The high growth has occurred in spite of the onset of winter, and the early stages of the holiday season - " both typically slow periods for foam insulation, and construction in general," the company notes.
President Michael Kiser said: "As you can see from the sales trend clearly evident in this data, 2012 is shaping up to be the break out year for Flame Seal. … As we continue to move equipment and materials over to the new facility, the timing is looking perfect. We will be completing the move just about the time sales will challenge our capacity at our current location."
