Round Lake, Illinois -- Grieve Corp. is offering a new 350oF (182oC), electrically-heated floor-level cabinet oven, being used by one customer for curing flat urethane sheets.
Dimensions of the oven are 4x4x5 ft (1.6x1.6x1.9 m), with 18KW power from nichrome wire elements to heat the chamber, while 2000 ft3/min 2-HP recirculating blowers provide horizontal airflow to the workload, according to Grieve.
This oven has insulated walls and floor, and a top-mounted heating chamber, with double doors at the front and rear. A special sealing flange allow the user to seal the oven into a wall between a cleanroom and the fabrication area in their facility.
The oven has a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, recirculating blower airflow safety switch and a 30-hour shutdown timer, said Round Lake, Illinois-based Grieve.
