Austin, Texas – Commercial mat manufacturer GelPro has branched out into the mattress market, with the launch of the NuSeasons mattress. The dual-sided bed-in-a-box mattress, being sold in six sizes, offers cool and cosy sides.

    Comfort in all climates

The mattress is constructed with four layers between the climate-controlled sides. The foam in the adaptive, breathable support core has a density of 2.2lb, and a gel-infused visco-memory foam layer assists in providing temperature control to both sides.

The top foam layers of the are made from 3.6lb high resilient open-cell foam, designed not to sag or compress over time. The company claims its density is twice the industry standard.

The ‘cosy’ side is finished with cashmere fibres to give an extra-soft feel with natural breathability. The ‘cool’ side uses a cooling material that draws heat away from the body, and is slightly firmer.

‘We have always been a comfort company – providing the most comfortable and beautiful floor mats for the home and workplace,’ says Robb McMahan, co-founder of GelPro. ‘It was a natural transition to create an innovative luxury mattress designed with the utmost comfort in mind.’

The foams have been certified by CertiPUR-US.
