Bürs, Austria -- Vibration isolation specialist Getzner GmbH has introduced an app for iPad and Android Tablets, which is now available online.
Austrian polyurethane moulder Getzner said the app offers useful features for mobile working in the construction industry: the ToolType match allows fast selection of materials and the online calculation program FreqCalc helps determine how effective vibration solutions are.
Users can quickly choose materials and calculate the effectiveness of a vibration solution using this the new app 2on the go," says Getzner.

Type Tool allows quick, easy selection of materials from a range of ten popular Sylomer polyurethane elastomers, covering static applications.
Also included is online calculation program FreqCalc, to determine the effectiveness of vibration solutions and the behaviour of an elastic support - at any interference frequency.
Based on Sylomer and Sylodyn closed cell polyurethane, the app delivers results at a glance. It is available in the App Store for iPad and Android tablet PC.
Getzner products are used for vibration and noise insulation in rail, construction and industrial uses, and sells its products worldwide.
