Minneapolis, Minnesota -- Graco Inc. has launched a new Reactor IPH-25 model with 15.3 kilowatt heaters, designed to process higher viscosity materials or ones that require higher temperatures.
Graco said its Reactor IP range form entry-level units for in-plant processing of both rigid and flexible polyurethane foam. With precision dispensing, the models can be set with up to 25 programmable shot settings and five shot sequences. They give accurate measuring of the volume of material poured and provide repeatability for consistent parts production, claims the Minneapolis-headquartered machinery supplier.
The Reactor IP is now available in two hydraulic models - the Reactor IPH-25 or IPH-40 - with flow rates of 25 or 50 pounds per minute (11.3 or 22.6 kilograms per minute).
Typical applications for these mixing and dispensing machines include injecting rigid PU foam insulation for coolers and containers, making pre-formed rigid foam block for housing, solar panels, wall and floor panels, and pipe insulation.
