Greensburg, Pennsylvania – Hennecke, which purchased OMS in 2017, has bought its US agent, Polyurethane Process Industries. Mark Clark, PPI's owner, joins Hennecke.
Clark has become director of engineering and project management. PPI started business in 2004, and became the exclusive supplier of OMS parts and equipment in the region.
PPI started transferring its business to Hennecke in September 2018, and the process will be finished in May 2019, Hennecke said in a statement.
Clark will continue to work with Hennecke-OMS equipment and support existing customers. A number of PPI employees who specialise in mix-head repair and maintenance will join Hennecke.
