Sankt Augustin, Germany - Polyurethane machinery specialist Hennecke GmbH has a new 360°Spare parts service, which it says has "a clearly enlarged service scope," as well as offering, "a new, most attractive pricing structure for original spare parts."
According to Hennecke, using original spare parts with the manufacturer's warranty is an effective method of preventing costly production losses. With the new Hennecke 360°Spare parts service, the machinery and plant manufacturer intends to become a personal point of contact for supply across the whole spare-parts spectrum.
A new price structure, in line with the market, is at the centre of the restructuring, but the company stresses that the established Hennecke quality will not change.
Hennecke said direct customer benefit is at the foreground of these measures. Service manager, Edgar Knobloch commented: "We offer our customers spare-parts expertise from a single source."
Thanks to modern logistics within Hennecke-brand spare-parts storage, many essential components are on their way to the customer within 24 hours of the order, the company claimed.
Qualified staff will help with researching and selecting the correct spare part and can provide support to inexperienced plant operators in this manner. In addition to the general 24-hour support from the service hotline, the order acceptance department is available for an extended period for customers wishing to order spare parts (during the week until 10 pm, and on Saturdays until 6 pm).
