Sankt Augustin, Germany -- Hennecke has introduced the latest generation of its Quadrofoamat machine to the market following a series of minor adjustments and optimisations.
Dubbed the ‘queen of all foaming machines’ within Hennecke, the Quadrofoamat contains hydraulically and pneumatically controlled multi-functional injectors, said the company.
With its output capacity of heavy-duty sector foam at 25kT/year, the machine handles slabstock foam production applications of up to 250cm in width and a height of up to 150cm, added the company.
The press release stated: “Its centre is dominated by the mixer unit which ensures homogeneous mixing of all necessary components under high pressure. When it comes to the number of components used, there is virtually no upper limit. The configuration is solely determined by the customer's requirements.”
The machine will continue to “operate flawlessly” even when production or formulations are altered, according to the press release.
