Manitowoc, Wisconsin -- HMI claims to be a long time innovator in the polyurethane concrete lifting and mudjacking industry, and has added digital innovation with the release of its new iPad app, which is geared toward concrete lifting and leveling service providers.
"We are very excited about this launch," said HMI's Jen Mazur, in a company statement. "It is the first app of its kind and will really revolutionize the way contractors present their estimates."
With the HMI AppStimator, polyurethane concrete lifters can now use an iPad to produce a personalised estimate-with photos-that can be instantly emailed or printed while visiting a potential job or service site. HMI says the user-friendly app is built to work seamlessly for mudjacking contractors as well.
"We have been testing the app with our contracting division for the past few months and have been overwhelmed with positive feedback from our customers," said Mazur. "It immediately exceeded their expectations and now sets our business apart as being on the leading edge of technology."
With features like company logo embedding and special customer notes, the HMI AppStimator is designed to increase a firm's productivity; increase a firm's image of professionalism; ensures consistency of pricing and profitability; and increase the speed of estimate acceptances. Utilising HMI algorithms, each company can customise the app for local pricing.
