Both are intended to help introduce and support the firm's HFC-245fa product throughout the region.Saskia Walraedt has joined the firm as technical service manager for the European foam segment, and Mario Maccarrone will serve as regional sales manager foam for southern Europe, according to a 13 Feb announcement from Honeywell.Walraedt was previously employed as an application manager with Huntsman Polyurethanes. Prior to that, she was a senior researcher with ICI Polyurethanes. She has a doctorate in polymer chemistry from the University of Ghent, the Netherlands.Maccarone, who holds an engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy, joins Honeywell from Afros Cannon SpA, where he was sales manager for Eastern Europe. Honeywell sells the HFC-245fa material under the Enovate 3000 tradename."
