Shanghai, China – Honeywell appointed Scott Zhang as president of Honeywell China, on 1 November 2019.
Zhang replaced William Yu, who ‘will take an exciting global leadership role within Honeywell,’ said the company’s announcement on October 31.

Zhang: Heading China for Honeywell
Zhang ‘will be responsible for executing Honeywell’s business objectives in the company’s single largest country market outside the US,’ said the announcement.
Zhang worked as President of Honeywell Technology Solutions for the past four years and led the establishment of HTS Mexico to enable growth in Latin America.
Prior to this role, he served nearly seven years as head of Honeywell's Performance Materials and Technologies business in Asia, overseeing the establishment of new markets and manufacturing expansion in the region. He also worked with Honeywell UOP for 18 years.
